Flows provide faster chat experiences
WhatsApp is introducing Flows so that companies may provide new experiences such as swiftly selecting a rail seat, buying a meal, or making an appointment – all without leaving your chat. Businesses will be able to create complex menus and customizable forms that suit a variety of purposes using Flows. In the coming weeks, it will make Flows available to businesses all across the world via the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Select a Payment Service
WhatsApp is making it easy to buy anything right in the chat. Beginning September 20,2023, users in India will be able to add things to their basket and pay using any method of their choice, including all supported UPI applications, debit and credit cards, and more. WhatsApp is thrilled to be collaborating with Razorpay and PayU to enable paying for something as simple as sending a message.
WhatsApp Meta Verified Businesses
- WhatsApp now allows companies to obtain Meta verification, which ensures you’re communicating with the real company.
- Businesses that become Meta Verified establish their validity to Meta in exchange for a verified badge, increased account assistance, and impersonation prevention.
- For companies that join up, Meta Verified will provide premium features such as the option to create a special WhatsApp page that is easily discoverable via a web search and multi-device support so that several staff may answer to consumers.
Meta Verified will be tested with small firms using the WhatsApp Business app soon before being introduced to businesses on the WhatsApp Business Platform in the future.
